Norma has been the absolute best caregiver for my 84-year-old mother, who has dementia. She takes directions well and handles my mom with such care. Her warm smile and gentle touch immediately put my mom at ease, and ours too! She's been a godsend, helping with daily tasks, managing meds, and even cooking delicious meals that my mom loves. What's more, Norma has a way of engaging my mom in activities that bring her joy, whether it's singing along to her favorite tunes or doing puzzles together. One of the things that impresses me most about Norma is her patience and understanding. She knows exactly how to handle my mom's mood swings and confusion, always staying calm and reassuring.
