About Norma

I have 3 children, which include a set of twins that are 7 years younger than their big brother. My husband and I are proud "helicopter" parents. Meaning we hover over our children and are VERY selective about who we allow into our home to sit for us. Norma was referred to us by a friend when my twins were still infants. To put us at ease Norma agreed to come to our home and watch our kids with us there to see how she'd do. She was AMAZING with all three of my kids. She had no trouble balancing playing with my older son and still taking great care of every need my twins had. She was our sitter all through her high school career. My kids asked for her to be the only one that watched them because she was so much fun. From a parent stand point I looked for more than just did she click with my kids. I also didn't want to come home to a huge mess which I never not once did. She helped us reinforce in our kids to clean up after themselves, put toys back and help clear dishes when your done eating. Norma is a very level headed person so it was wonderful to be able to leave my kids and know that they were safe and very well taken care of.
