My dog Charro (a very vocal morkie who takes time to trust people) felt safe with Norma from the start. She stayed at my home from Friday night to Sunday night — the first time I had ever left him — and she constantly sent me photos and videos so I always knew he was okay. Charro doesn’t get along with other dogs, but Norma keeps him calm, entertained, and protected during walks. She knows exactly how to handle him when other dogs pass by, without stress or risk.
