My name is Norma, and I have over two decades of experience caring for children. I have worked as an in-home childcare provider, private nanny, and early childhood education teacher. I am educated and certified in early childhood development and continue to expand my skills through ongoing learning. I am patient, creative, and nurturing, and I believe that every moment is a teachable moment. I strive to provide a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive. I value clear communication and keep parents informed with daily updates while respecting family rules and routines. I am comfortable caring for multiple children, am a non-smoker, and love pets.
