I am a well organized, dedicated, nurturing nanny with many years of experience taking care of newborns, infants and toddlers. 

I focus on loving care that supports children's healthy growth and well being, I provide the parents with a log of notes about their schedule, and, I am passionate about being updated with programs that I can apply on them for the outcome of reaching important milestones. 

I love education and encourage reading skills at whatever the level I encounter, for example, at the level of the toddlers, I work with body balance, fingers dexterity, rich visual enrichment and outdoors joy. 

I graduated from The Southwest Healing Arts, Tempe AZ. as a Holistic Nutrition Educator, also have a diploma from The Phoenix Culinary Arts; currently working on Clean Eating for Toddlers recipes.

If you are looking for a reliable, compassionate, trustworthy sitter, you need to hire Norma. Norma began caring for our son when he was just eight weeks old. She consistently went above and beyond, not only providing exceptional care but helping our son reach important developmental milestones. In additional she was highly communicative sending pictures and leaving detailed summaries of their days. We are moving across the country, but if we could take Norma with us, we would in a heart beat. 

Norma has been a wonderful caregiver for our daughter. She exudes love and enthusiasm for her work, which is truly a calling for her. I can honestly say that my 18-month old is bilingual in Spanish and English, in large part because of Norma’s influence and fostering of my girl’s strengths. We were lucky to have found Norma when we did, and I only wish we could take her with us!! We are moving, and that is the only reason for ending her employment. 

Norma is fantastic.  She Nannies for our little girl.  We are relocating and unfortunately cannot take Norma with us.  She is so kind, loving and clearly genuinely enjoys kids tremendously.  She keeps our little girl, safe, happy and engaged.  She tailors her play to help in her learning based on what developmental stage she is in.  I cannot say enough good things about Norma.  She is wonderful and I would hire her again in a second!

Norma is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is so sweet, kind and dependable. We fell in love with Norma the first time we met her and knew that we had to hire her. She has been with our family for over a year and has never called off... not once. She is INCREDIBLE with our son. She is constantly finding new ways to teach him, she does NOT sit him in front of the TV. Before the pandemic Norma would to take our son to the library for music class, to the park for play dates and to the store to pick up treats for our dogs. She is a safe and cautious driver. She has even taught our son about numerous things while driving. They sing their ABC's, count and point out trucks (which is currently our sons favorite). Our son is starting school soon and we will no longer be needing Norma for all the days we had her scheduled previously. We are beyond sad to end this chapter but we plan to still keep Norma in our sons life at least one day a week. We love you Norma!

Norma has been caring for my almost 2 year old and almost 4 year old for several months now. We love her! My kids are a handful but Norma comes prepared with activities. The TV stays off and my kids are outside playing or doing things that are good for them. She makes sure they eat as healthy as possible. My two year old is learning new words from Norma all the time! When Norma arrives I can walk out my door without any screaming or crying because my kids are totally comfortable with her. So thankful to have found such an attentive, intuitive and caring caretaker in Norma!

Norma is a sweet, caring, organized and experienced carer. Our children love spending time with her and ask for her on a regular basis. She is also a great cook and makes healthy, delicious meals for the family. Highly recommend!

Norma is the absolute best person in the world. She is moving out of state and we are completely heartbroken!! She has been a part of our family since the day I went back to work after having a baby (which was such a scary thing and she made me feel so comfortable) and has been with us for 7-8 months and our little baby boy adores her. Seeing his smile and face light up when she arrives every morning makes me feel so happy even though I have to go to work. Words can truly not describe how special Norma is to all of us and we will always hold a place for her in our hearts! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!! We will miss you more than you will ever know Norma!!!!!!! 

Norma is a lovely person.  I found her profile to be equally as impressive as meeting her in person.  She brought me flowers, which were so unexpected and so kind of her.  She connected with daughter easily and they both looked like they had fun. She answered all my questions with confidence and genuineness.  I look forward to hiring her for my future needs.  

Norma has been our nanny 2 days a week for our 2 daughters (now almost 4 and 20 months) for the past 13 months.  We are moving out of state and would definitely recommend her services.  She is wonderful with the girls and they adore her.  She is a calm and thoughtful presence for them and I fully trust Norma with their health and safety.  She will be greatly missed when we move.

Norma has been nothing short of wonderful with our little boy! She was with him from the time he was 4 months old and I was a new mom very anxious about returning to work and leaving him with someone else. Norma and my son bonded instantly, and she very quickly alleviated any fear I had about not being with him all day. He absolutely ADORES Norma, and I am so sad to be saying goodbye to her as our work schedules have changed and we'll no longer need childcare for our boy. We plan on staying in touch with her, as she has become like a part of the family. 

I wholeheartedly recommend her with one caveat - only the absolute best family should have the privilege of welcoming Norma into their home! She is truly a gem, and we'll miss her dearly (no one will miss her more than our little guy!)

Let me first start by saying that I am deeply saddened by the fact that I have to write this review at all, because it means that we are unfortunately unable to continue working with Norma due to our upcoming move out of state...

Norma has been looking over our baby boy (7 months) for the last 3 months now and I cannot recommend her enough. Being super attentive, loving and caring for our little one is only half the equation. Norma's acute attention to the well being of the family and household as whole makes her an exceptional caregiver. With her uplifting energy and contagious positivity she has not only been great company to our son, but a great mentor and friend to myself and my husband as well. 

When it came to taking care of our baby, Norma quickly picked up his cues and our baby gravitated towards her immediately. She knew how to balance being playful as well as being soothing. She was attentive to his needs and his new developments and took note of any new changes as the baby grew, and adjusted her ways accordingly.

Norma has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and holistic health and was generous to share it with us whenever she saw an opportunity. We enjoyed cooking dinner together every night she even made us dinner a few times and it was delicious! She is also very proactive and is always finding something to do around the house when baby is asleep. She's even helping us pack at the moment and is doing a tremendous job with organizing everything.

She is a wonderful addition to any family, and a great blessing to us which we will miss very dearly. I would highly recommend Norma to any home and would hire her again without hesitation should our paths cross in the future.

Norma is an excellent caregiver. She is caring and attentive to our little one and he is always happy with her around. She is also an excellent cook and is helpful around the house. Unfortunately our schedules changed, but I would recommend her to anyone. 

Norma has been working for me for the last 3 weeks and currently lives in our home. We recently moved to Phoenix and she has helped us unpack, get organized and just make this place our home. Norma has been great with my daughter and in a matter of a few days my daughter has grown very fond of her. She makes sure my daughter eats well, rests, plays and learns. I would recommend Norma to a nice family that can appreciate her hard work and dedication.
