Norma came to the rescue when another caregiver canceled at the last minute. She was very kind, attentive, and responsible. My daughter enjoyed spending time with her, and she helped her clean up games and projects as they went, which I appreciated!

Norma is an excellent care provider. She has taken my daughter to school every morning. My Daughter loves her. She’s done a great job. 

Norma was our baby's nanny during the second half of 2024 - she was great! Always dependable and on time, great with the baby, she did a lot of different activities with the baby and helped her learn words, etc. I would highly recommend Norma. 

We love Norma and regularly use to for date night babysitting for our 2.5-year-old son. She is clearly very experienced, an excellent communicator, and my son very quickly felt comfortable with her. We're so happy we found her!

Norma was a lovely caregiver for my 2 1/2 yo daughter. She seemed engaged with and attentive to what my little one was doing and saying. While I was away, Norma sent several text messages letting me know what my child was up to (which might not be for everyone, but I appreciated it). She was also responsive and accessible via text about scheduling, payment and expectations.

Norma was so wonderful! We traveled to Santa Rosa for a wedding with our 2 kids (4 yrs, 8 mo) and she watched them at the hotel.  She communicated very well through text message prior to the event and kept us in the loop throughout the night. She was punctual and showed up right on time. She seems like a pro at watching 2 kids at the same time. I would 100% hire her again and recommend her to friends who visit the area. She really relieved my worries of leaving my kids with a stranger- she was so friendly and patient, I had no trouble! Thank you, Norma!

We hired Norma to help us with our 15 month old a few days a week on an ongoing basis.  She was always on time, communicated well via text and spoke Spanish with our son..  Norma was helpful around the house when our son was napping helping with dishes and tidying.  After a few weeks I think we both felt it might not be the fit.  Norma texted us that she had found another position and wouldn't be returning.  It would have been helpful to give us a least a weeks notice so we could try to line up care.

We found Norma when we needed someone to watch our 1 year old son on a Saturday afternoon/evening while we were in town for a friend's wedding. She was prompt in her text message replies and happy to watch our son at the hotel we were staying at. Everything went smoothly from the time we met in the hotel lobby to when we returned after the reception. She stayed in contact throughout the day and our son was happily asleep in his crib when we came back.

I'll start with the positive. My child was safe and well in Cecilia's care. Cecilia was always on time (when she did come) and communicative during the day. 
Now, the not-so-positive. Of the 16 days Cecilia worked with us, she did not show up 3 times, notifying us via text the morning of. First, she said she was sick after "eating spicy", but during the day accidentally sent me a text (clearly not meant for me) with her references and asking if we need her "after school" (I have an infant). She had told us she is and will work with us only, given our Covid-19 concerns. Two days later, she again did not show up (again, spicy food). The week after, she missed a day (no notice) because she "had an appointment 1 hr away from our house". Finally, she texted us traffic was bad and she won't be coming.
I was hoping my experience was an isolated case, given the 5 star rating here. Now, looking at the dates these reviews were posted, it's probably just another dishonesty.

Norma (Cecilia) is kind, patient and loving with children. She has cared for my two daughters (6 and 2) multiple times when our nanny was sick or preschool was closed. She is always on time and easily connected with our kids. She communicated with me via text during the day, sending pictures and letting me know when they were leaving the house for a park outing, etc. I would gladly hire her again!

Norma used to take care of our daughters when they were little, we always were very happy with her and never had any problems, and more importantly, our daughters liked her! She is caring and careful.

She is caring and has always worked with children so she has lots of experience.

Norma babysat for our two boys (3 yrs and 5 yrs) when our family went to visit Sonoma. She was warm and engaging and the boys loved her. They still talk about her to this day even though our trip was several months ago! I would highly recommend her as a babysitter.
