About Norma

I have 10 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Throughout my experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of patients experiencing memory loss and cognitive decline. My responsibilities have included assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, medication reminders, mobility, and maintaining a safe environment. I have also provided companionship, emotional support, and reassurance while helping patients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Working with dementia and Alzheimer's patients has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, communication, and consistency.
