I have trusted Norma to help my husband and I raise our two young children. She is so dependable. She is always focused on the health and safety of the children. She understands child development very well and has taught our children new things in addition to just loving on them and caring for them. Her personal values match ours which makes working with Norma delightful and easy. She is honest, respectful and a great communicator. She has a very calm demeanor which I would have never thought to interview for before I hired her. When she has two toddlers having melt downs she stays very calm and helps the children figure out how to manage their emotions. We are immensely blessed to have Norma as our nanny.
