I'm currently working with a wonderful family in Redondo Beach but the baby is about to start school. They can give references from me also the family I previously worked with. I have my own transportation, clean records, no smoking, alcohol or any other substance. Im looking for more than 30 hours a week and for a long term. Norma(Victoria) has been taking care of my son since he was 3 months old. He is 18 months old now. She has been nothing shy of amazing for our family. She is extremely flexible with our work schedules. She is so attentive with my son and has been instrumental on his growth. She mainly takes care of my son but I have a 3.5 year daughter that she also cares for after school. My daughter loves her. She plans fun activities that both of my kids enjoy. Norma is extremely receptive, honest, caring and proactive to make positive learning experiences for the kids. She is extremely organized. She plans and makes wonderful healthy meals for my son. Norma is very special to our family.
