Norie quickly became a part of our family. She helped me stay afloat while I was navigating my career, my mother’s end-of-life with Alzheimer’s, my 2 small children, my house (cleaning, laundry, cooking), everything. I truly appreciated how she took initiative, offered additional support without being asked, communicated so well, and shared her big heart for people.
