I monitored patient's physical health and medication, prepared meals based on health requirement, and assist patient with Doctor's appointment, church, and other civic endeavors. I encourage physical activities such as nature walks, senior center activities, and movie nights. I keep the patient engage with "memory lane" walks, family calls, and lively discussion [safe topics] on movies, TYV shows, plays, etc.
