We were immediately impressed with Nora's medical knowledge and background. She helped out during mornings with our newborn while we got our bearings as first time parents. During these early weeks she quickly understood how her skills fit into our needs. Nora was also extremely attentive, caring, and always on time. You could tell she would take any caregiver role seriously, no matter how large or small.
