I'm looking for a job that allows me work with children part time after having spent 34 years in the early childhood and elementary classrooms of RPS. I started working with kids as a babysitter in middle & high school. I've always enjoyed kids because of their energy, curiosity and enthusiasm. In my spare time, I love to spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy reading, cooking, creating art, playing board games and traveling. I believe in giving my undivided attention, nurturing curiosity and engaging in child led activities. After retirement I took a part time job caring for an infant. I stayed for over three years until she entered preschool. It was a wonderful experience and she and her parents became like family.

Nora was an absolute gem and was my daughter’s nanny for three years. She became such an important part of our family, and I always knew my daughter was in loving, capable hands. Nora is dependable, patient, kind, and truly cares about the children she looks after. She kept my daughter engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities, encouraged her learning and development, and always made sure she felt safe, happy, and loved. She was also wonderful with communication and consistently went above and beyond to help our family. Anyone would be incredibly fortunate to have Nora care for their children. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
