I am a warm, reliable nanny with over 20 years of paid childcare experience. I've been changing diapers since I was seven and officially began my babysitting career at 12 years old, caring for children of all ages from newborns through teens. I also studied psychology, which supports my approach to care. I enjoy engaging with children through reading stories, singing songs, imaginative play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, homework help, and learning games. I focus on creating a safe, and nurturing environment; children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to grow. My approach to discipline is based on positive reinforcement. I believe in teaching children appropriate behavior through consistency, clear expectations, redirection, and praise, helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-regulation skills.
