Where do I even begin? First I should have followed my instinct and not had her as babysitter to my kids. She was initially not responding to an initial phone call meeting. She agreed to talk at 2pm, 2pm comes, I am calling her 3 times, and she is not picking up. Completely unprofessional and careless. She ultimately called back later and have some excuse. Ok. So 2nd, I asked her AND confirmed with her to come at 7.30am the day she was to babysit as I had to leave for work. Here comes 7.40am and she’s still not here. Her excuse was that she needed to shovel the snow out of her car? Ughh couldn’t you simply wake up earlier to do that to be on time to your job? Unprofessional and careless act on her part right there. Third, as I soon as I got to work, she was messaging me saying (her exact words): “I’m leaving!” So I called her back ASAP, as I’m at work “what do you mean you are leaving?! You can NOT leave my two little kids alone in the house alone! I’m at work and I put my total trust into you taking care of my kids!” I have simply no words! This was all because two toddlers were being toddlers, fighting over toys, crying, etc This was a complete SAFETY concern, disconcern for my children, and since then I am still recovering from the incident. DO NOT ask her to watch your child/children!
