About Noelle

I'd describe my personality as organized, resilient, and determined. I like working with kids because I get the opportunity to learn from them as they learn from me. I am able to learn skills like patience, service, understanding, and flexibility. Children are absolutely brilliant, curious, and creative people. I'm looking for a job that is able to provide a comfortable and safe environment where I can help each child in whatever way they need. If it's just one visit or over an extended period I want to provide services to the best of my ability. I started working with kids when I was a young teenager doing different babysitting jobs. This past summer I worked at a daycare with children ages 6 months - 5 years old where I was able to learn proper systems, routine, and techniques for excellent childcare.
