Dear Care.com members, I first met Noelle six years ago, and from that moment, I knew she would become an indispensable part of our lives. Noelle is incredibly responsible and reliable, qualities she has consistently demonstrated. She balances playfulness with firmness and is both loving and caring. My children, who were nine (my son) and seven (my daughter) at the time, immediately bonded with her. Noelle is versatile and adapts effortlessly to any situation. She's not only quick on her feet but also a talented hairdresser, making my daughter look like a model every day. Noelle cared for my children in the mornings before I left for work, took them to the bus stop, and picked them up in the afternoons. She even collected them from school if they were sick.
