About Noelle

Hello, I'm Noelle. I raised four children and have three grandkids. I grew up in Shoreline, Wa and had a younger brother. I took parenting classes back in the day taught by the UW. I was a childcare leader and van driver for the YMCA years ago. I'm loving and intuitive and every child is unique and special. I was a homemaker for many years so I was able to be very involved in my kids upbringing. I encouraged positive behavior and utilized various behavioral modification techniques. For example if one of my children made a bad decision I explained why it was a poor decision, the natural consequence and asked them to do something kind or constructive instead. Overtime they learned about the positive, helpful outcomes of good and wise decisions. Of course time outs and the withdrawl of privelages etc.. supported the learning of lifes lessons too. Love and guidance are paramount. Validation and encouragement nurture their soul. :)
