As a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of childcare experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My early childhood development coursework and babysitting experience have equipped me with the skills to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I began my experience in childcare as a community babysitter and English Language Arts tutor, and moved on to work at the South Jamaica public library, teaching me how to work with children if all ages in countless ways. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured routine for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a variety of activities that encourage physical, mental, and emotional development. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would be thrilled to teach your children how to swim.

Noel is great with special needs kids, pets and especially knows how to handle preteens. She is patient, creative and goes the extra mile. When she took care of my crew she kept my rambunctious boys in line. She also cared for our playful Labrador. She always has a smile and an interesting game for kids. She also knows how to keep them safe when they might want to venture off. She is excellent at guiding young ones such that have fun but remain within parent parameters. She is pleasant, reliable and most importantly my kids LOVE her.
