About Noah

I am a caring, patient, dependable caregiver with over 10 years of experience supporting children and teenagers. My experience includes personal care, daily living activities, educational support, behavior management, community outings, and maintaining safe and structured routines. I previously worked as a Personal Care Assistant for eight years and most recently worked as an Educational Assistant at Lionsgate Academy, supporting students in grades 9-12. I worked closely with teachers, families, and support staff to meet students' academic, social, emotional, sensory, and daily living needs. I take pride in building positive relationships while encouraging independence, confidence, and respect. I remain calm and patient in challenging situations and understand the importance of communication, consistency, and safety. My goal is to provide families with peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
