About Nnabintou

My name is Nnabintou and I am deaf . I grew up with my grandma. She cared for me, watched over me, and always made sure I was okay. She accepted me as I am even though I am deaf and she loved me deeply. My grandma is now old and sick. In 2021, I visited her in Africa and saw how much her health had changed. She didn't remember who I was. It was hard, but I stayed by her side. I helped feed her, bathe her, massage her, and sat with her while she lay in bed. I love her so much. That experience taught me a lot. It made me realize how much I want to help seniors, especially those who are sick or need care. I respect and value older people, and I believe there is so much we can learn from them. I hope to learn even more through working with you and continue growing through new experiences. I love my grandma and I want to show the same care to others, just like I did for her.
