About Nischa

My name is Nischa . I am a dedicated and goal-driven individual with experience in childcare, dog sitting , athletics, and fitness. I have been running track since age five, which has taught me discipline, resilience, and focus. I currently compete in track and field at the University of South Florida, where I continue to develop perseverance and goal-setting skills. As a babysitter and dog sitter , I have gained responsibility, patience, and strong communication skills. I enjoy creating a safe and supportive space where children feel cared for and encouraged. Working with kids inspires me because of their energy and curiosity, and I value making a positive impact on their growth. I am known for being dependable, quick to learn, patient, and attentive. I seek a position where I can nurture children's development while building trust with families. In my free time, I stay active in sports, spend time with friends, and explore new interests to maintain balance.
