Niovy came to our family at a very difficult time. My mom was sent home with hospice. Niovy took care not only of my mom but of my son, dad, husband and myself. I spent most nights tending to my mom. When Niovy came in the morning, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything and could get some much needed rest. She would take care of my mom's personal hygiene, cooking and house keeping. She made sure my son, husband and I were taken care of as well. She managed her time efficiently and was capable of handling anything. Niovy was very caring and thoughtful with all of us, especially my elderly parents. We immediately felt a bond with her. My mom has since passed, but we still keep in touch with Niovy and miss her dearly. She's an asset to any family that employs her.
