We hired Zaituni to work for us to take care of our father a few weeks ago. Zaituni was supposed to start tomorrow and just informed one of our caregivers that she will not be coming for her first day of work. We wish that we had more notice that she decided not to work with us and it would have been more professional for her to have notified us weeks ago, rather than lead us to believe that she was starting imminently.
