Give your child a true partner in development, not just childcare! I'm a high-end nanny and early childhood educator with 7+ years of experience, working with families who see the early years as foundational. I position myself as a genuine child development partner, prioritizing growth over household tasks. 38/married/3 kids(12-19). Bilingual in English and Russian, my philosophy centers on respecting each child's emotions and personal boundaries. I see every child as a unique individual, helping them unlock their inner potential and grow their intrinsic motivation. Inspired by Reggio Emilia, I use child-led play to nurture numeracy, literacy, emotional intelligence, risk-taking, impulse control, and grit. I document each skill we work on, tracking progress in detail. I studied early education coursework at Yale, am a Safe Sleep ambassador, and track Montessori milestones, bringing calm, informed partnership to your family.
We’ve been lucky to have Nino with us since our daughter was just 9 weeks old. She has been a constant, loving presence in her life and has played a huge role in her growth and development. I know every parent thinks their child is advanced, but so much of what our now 1½-year-old knows, she’s learned from Nino. She’s ensured our daughter hit every milestone (and often ahead of schedule), from rolling over, to knowing nearly 30 different animals, saying three words in a row, recognizing every family member by name, and more. Most importantly, she’s a happy, confident little girl who lights up when Nino walks through the door. Nino is incredibly attentive, organized, and thorough. I have never had to cut our daughter’s nails once because Nino always takes care of it, along with keeping her impeccably clean and prepared for any outing. I appreciate that our home is always spotless when she leaves, and that she’s teaching our daughter to clean up after herself, stay organized, and even enjoy tidying and sorting. When she was younger, Nino would do lymphatic drainage massages and stretching every day. She also prepares meals as needed, and always gives us a detailed update on what our daughter learned and did that day. We have a strong, supportive family unit, but with two demanding full-time jobs, it’s an incredible comfort knowing our daughter is safe, loved, and thriving with Nino when we’re not home. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
