I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in early childhood care, along with tutoring experience from elementary through high school. I'd describe my personality as creative, energetic and playful. I find children adorable and delightful, and their presence brings a lot of joy into my day. I'm looking for a job where I can utilize my skills to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for the child in my care. I have been working with children since 2005, and after taking a few years off to attend university. In 2009, I returned to the early childhood field and have continued working with children ever since. I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts, which I find both relaxing and inspiring. I love creating projects using simple materials like cardboard so kids can have imaginative, real-life experiences, such as playing in a cardboard train or a cardboard house. My top 3 childcare skills are creativity, high energy, and the ability to play at a child's level.
