About Nina

I am a junior college student with over seven years of hands-on childcare experience, including work in a family daycare setting and significant involvement in raising my younger siblings. I am patient, dependable, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. I place a strong emphasis on structure, clear communication, and trust, and I strive to support each child's individual needs, routines, and developmental stage.
