Nina was an outstanding, dedicated, very kind caregiver for my dear aunt for the 10 years prior to my aunt’s passing. Nina is very important to our family and treated my aunt with love, kindness, and respect. She was always a positive, dedicated, caring person who helped my aunt celebrate life. She engaged in activities my aunt enjoyed and addressed her every need. Nina’s daily efforts allowed my aunt to spend her last years in her own home with wonderful personal care. Nina resided with my aunt to provide constant supervision and caring support. Nina demonstrated the highest quality caregiving, meeting all my aunt’s needs at a physical and emotional level, and showed high personal regard for my aunt’s well-being. Through these daily actions Nina displayed great compassion, as my aunt’s skills declined and needed more direct intervention with all her daily living skills. Nina always showed happiness to be with my aunt and she grew to be a special part of our family. Throughout the years, Nina was a truly trusted caregiver who always showed passion in heart and actions. Nina is a highly reliable, responsible employee. Nina was a pleasure to work with due to her positive personality, dedicated work ethic, and the excellent ability to adapt and provide for my aunt’s total needs as her skills and abilities declined with age. Nina has the competence and commitment to excel in whatever capacity she endeavors. She takes initiative and responsibility and is very effective in her duties and tasks, going above and beyond expectations consistently. She could anticipate needs and kept us informed.
