We were in a bind and needed a nanny for about 6-8 weeks for our 21 month old son, offered her job on Friday to start next week. She accepted, and had what seemed to be a good first day. Little over an hour after she left she texted saying she can’t continue for personal reasons and she would need more time off in between jobs than she had initially thought. She may have had a good reason but didn’t seem like a new issue so why even apply or accept the job? Very unprofessional & immature.
