About Nilofer

We had the pleasure of having Nilu care for our baby for about two months now, and she has been wonderful. She is caring, attentive, proactive, and experienced, and we always felt comfortable knowing our baby was in good hands with her. She handled all aspects of our baby’s daily routine, including feeding, naps, playtime, walks, reading, preparing baby food, and keeping the baby’s area tidy. We especially appreciated how proactive she was about our baby’s needs. She would suggest different foods to introduce and was always thoughtful about what might help when our baby was going through something—for example, when our baby was constipated, she paid extra attention to fluids and foods that could help and genuinely did everything she could to make our baby more comfortable. She was also very respectful of the routines and parenting choices we already had in place. Our baby is sleep trained, and she made an effort to understand exactly how we handle naps and consistently followed the same approach. Communication with her has been easy, and she is reliable and punctual. Most importantly, our baby genuinely gets excited to see her every morning, which says a lot about the relationship they have developed in a relatively short period of time. It has been lovely to see how comfortable and happy our baby is with her. We are only ending our nanny arrangement because we have decided that it is the right time for our baby to transition to daycare. Otherwise, we would have happily continued having her care for our baby for longer. We are very grateful for the care she has given our baby and would gladly recommend her to another family looking for a dependable, experienced, and genuinely caring nanny.
