Nilda is really wonderful! I hired her to be there for my father (who had a stroke in November) with anything he may need. She’s so sweet, friendly, dependable, flexible, motivating, helpful and always keeps me updated with questions or concerns. She gives plenty of notice when a day off is needed and has a backup ready so we are not left worried of her absence and scrambling to find someone. She really goes above and beyond and I am beyond grateful for her!
