Ok her picture does not reflect what a kind and energetic person Nilce is. I think she is concentrating on taking a selfie here. Anyway, she is hard working, patient, understanding and reliable. She has been cleaning our house, watching/ caring for our family and our dogs for 9 years. She notices and takes care of things that I would overlook. She doesn’t shy away from things. Most importantly she is trustworthy and respectful.
