We hired Nikole to provide care for our 9 month old son for a few months before we started him in daycare. We had already gone through one nanny who my son was super fussy with. He was much happier and calmer once Nikole joined. Nikole was punctual, we didn’t have to worry about any late starts. She was also a good communicator, she made sure to clarify any instructions. She was proactive in engaging in activities such as reading books to him and practicing waving. We were working from home and appreciated her support when we wanted to interact with him vs distracting him when we were busy. She also prioritized taking him for walks to the park on any good weather days. We would definitely hire her again and would recommend to others who are looking for care.
