About Nikola

I worked as an aide for a summer recreation program where I helped care for children ages 5-9 throughout the day. I assisted with fun daily activities like games, crafts, and outdoor play, making sure everyone felt included and safe. I enjoyed helping the kids build friendships, solve small conflicts, and learn new things in a positive and encouraging environment. I worked closely with staff to keep the day running smoothly and always focused on creating a caring and supportive atmosphere. This experience helped me develop strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills while working with young children.
