Nikki is the best. She has a deep knowledge of early childhood development as well as early childhood education. She designed meaningful activities for my toddler twins and set firm but loving boundaries. She also was skilled at bathing them, preparing meals, and loving them deeply. She is smart, empathetic, punctual and goes above and beyond each and every visit. I never felt the least bit concerned when she was caring for my kids. In fact, she was often better than me at managing behaviors and designing meaningful activities to help my twins grow. If you get to have Nikki to care for your children, you and they will be so lucky. Hire her now! And pay at the top of what your budget will allow.
