Hi, my name is Nikki and I am personally a mom of three. My kids are 22 and 20 and being a mother has been the light of my life. I also have my degree in Behavioral therapy and have worked with children with Autism ages 2-8. Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the families I support. With two years of experience and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, I provide reliable, high-quality care. My approach includes engaging children in outdoor sports, educational games, and creative crafts. I am also comfortable with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications. I prioritize clear communication, patience , and care. Im very comfortable enforcing your household rules to ensure consistency.
