Nikki has worked with our family for two and a half years. She is hands down one of the best caregivers we have ever had. She is warm, nurturing, responsible, and our kids adore her. She is very respectful of our parenting approach but also completely able to anticipate what is needed and jump in without a ton of direction. Great at keeping the kids busy. Can not recommend her highly enough!
