Nikiya has nannied for my family, specifically my toddler for over a year, consistently, since July of 2024. She has been a phenomenal caregiver and partner during this time - kind, caring, punctual, and a great communicator, just the kid of person you would love with your kiddos. We had a set weekly schedule, never any attendance issues or issues with changes needed on my end. She has helped my son through potty training and learning activities, taken him on sometimes daily trips for both fun, learning, and getting those wiggles out. Needless to say my family and son absolutely adore her! My youngest is starting preschool this year and honestly we questioned keeping him home another year due to the phenomenal care but ultimately decided it’s time for school, so we will no longer need our full weekly care schedule. You will not regret having Nikiya as an addition to your care team.
