There aren't enough words to describe the amazing experience we have had with Niki.  Not only does she perform the companionship duties for our elderly mother that we asked her to do, she goes above and beyond, taking care of any other physical needs that arise without being asked.  She is able to get our mother to do things the family can't! Her smiling, positive attitude has made such a difference in the quality of life for our mother and has also taken a lot of the stress off our family, knowing Niki is providing the best possible care we could hope for. 

Niki has worked for my family for 4 years now, and she and her team have never, never let us down. Not only are they reliable, they are incredibly skilled and caring - and they anticipate needs. They also do an amazing job of working with difficult individuals who are in pain, or not mentally cognizant of their behavior.

Niki cares for my long time friend Linda and was hired in Nov, 2019 for 12 hr. shifts as needed. (Linda is a Polio survivor who requires 24/7 Caregivers and assistance with many daily tasks and medical related needs.) Niki kindly volunteered to help after just a few hours of training due to sudden events that created a staff shortage.  She is very outgoing, sociable, articulate, patient and kind.  Niki has been very accommodating with her schedule in order to help Linda even with short notice at times; she is punctual, dependable and always interested in learning. She is physically strong in her transfer skills and always helpful with Linda's personal and pain management needs. Since Niki is still new, we have some additional training she must complete however she has been a very good Caregiver who we are grateful to have on the Team and we look toward a long, successful relationship together. Niki cared for my wife who has Parkinson's Disease, has had a stroke, and is in a wheelchair.  She helped her with all of her ADLs and was her companion while I was at work.  Niki did this until a merger put me out of work.  She became a friend of the family and if the need arose my wife and I would bring her back.

We have tried many caregivers in the past and out of all of them I am 100% impressed with Niki. She gave by whole family peace of mind.  Comes about 2 days a week to care for my 87 year old mother-in-law who has dementia.  She is very flexible. We truly appreciate her as she helps with making her meals, her laundry, and just spend time with her.  Niki has gotten through to my MIL in ways others have not.  I recommend her to anyone looking for care of their loved ones.
