About Niki

Hi! My name is Niki. I currently work as an instructional assistant at a preschool which allows me to bring a wealth of experience in understanding and nurturing the needs of children. My role has equipped me with patience, effective communication skills, and a keen ability to create a safe and engaging environment. Additionally, my experience babysitting for other families from a young age has helped me in managing various age groups, handling emergencies calmly, and creating a positive relationship with kids. I really enjoy children's enthusiasm and energy they bring. I try to reciprocate that energy and make a positive impact as best I can!
