I worked for a school for the deaf where I held the position as Behavioral Specialist for special needs children. I am a mother of four kids. I have been working with children from age range infant to middle school for over 17 years. I am deaf but able to communicate through lip reading and will understand clearly without any communication barrier. I have associate degree in Psychology. Nikesha watched my three young children for over two years. We even moved and still drove well out of our way so that the kids could still be watched by Nikesha. She always planned activities and was so kind with my kids. My kids still talk about her and text her sometimes. She always responds. She is a smart and caring person that I'm grateful was available at a time when we really needed her!
