About Nija

Nurturing children comes naturally to me. My four years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, includes working as a Behavior Technician and Pediatric Sleep Tech. This has deepened my passion for creating safe and supportive environments. I'm preparing to sit for my RBT and CNA exams. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I communicate with parents objectively, sharing observations and collaborating to ensure consistency. I confidently enforce household rules using positive reinforcement. I enjoy creative play, reading, and interactive games that build confidence. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
