We hired Nidia to care for our 8 month old daughter while I worked from my home office. Nidia is very easy to be around. I really enjoyed having her in my home everyday. She is a very positive person, a confident caretaker, and extremely respectful. She will work with you to understand how you want your child to be cared for. This is what I appreciated most about her. She did feedings, naps, play time in the way we wanted for our daughter. I could tell she was a great presence for my daughter to be around. Nidia was constantly talking and singing to our daughter. She radiated positive, loving energy. She found different ways to play with the same toys day after day. She did activities like picnic at the park. When my daughter would nap, Nidia would stay busy cleaning up the kitchen, putting away toys, doing baby laundry. She always left my house better than she found it. My daughter started to really love her in a short period of time. Our family grew to quickly love and care for Nidia as well.
