Nicolle has a beautiful personality and my son warmed up to her quickly. She was very patient with him and did a great job in making sure his needs were met. They went to the beach and had a great time! Nicolle was very reliable and she kept great communication through out the day to give me the status of my son. I would hire again when I go to Miami :)
