A huge part of our relationship success will be having open communication (regularly) on what your needs are, and mine. I have been a nanny for several families (and my own for 33 years), from newborn to teen. I have a deep passion for treating those I nanny for as if they were my own - with the highest level of privacy, respect, love and concern, becoming an extension of my family. I average $25 an hour with the child/children being the main focus, and $30 an hour for 3 kiddos and/or if your child has special needs. I would prefer the use of the families car when taking kiddos to and from any daily activities, however, we can discuss. I look forward to seeing if we're a good fit for each other! ;)
