About Nicol

I became a caregiver after helping my sister raise my niece for the past seven years. Through that experience, I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a safe, supportive environment for children. I have also cared for family friends' children, including children with special needs, which helped me develop strong communication skills and adaptability. More recently, I've assisted a family member with caring for her newborn, giving me hands-on experience with infants and their daily needs. I enjoy supporting children's growth and helping families feel confident that their loved ones are in caring, dependable hands.
