Hi! I have been living in Austin for almost three years now. I am a college student. I'm in my third year of petroleum engineering at UT. I am bilingual (Spanish and English). I love dogs, and I have a crazy Pomeranian. Her name is Channel. I have been working with kids for a couple of years already. When I lived in Houston, I provided childcare for two children thrice weekly, following their parents' schedules and completing assigned tasks to ensure their well-being. Since I moved to Austin, I have been working with two lovely families. One has a 20-month-old energetic girl who is learning to talk and loves to play outside. The other has a lovely 14-month-old boy who loves to go to the library and play with other kids. I love to spend time with them and see how I learn something from them every day. These families have taught me a lot, but something specific is that they make me feel like I'm part of their family. I enjoyed seeing kids grow and how special they make you feel every day

I was so nervous to bring someone in to our home to help with our then 6 month old. It's hard to trust someone with your baby! Nicole has been an absolute treasure. I would not have survived his first year without her. She came in and instantly took over where I needed help - she didn't need hand-holding from me but was also extremely patient and open when I wanted to show her exactly how I wanted something done. I felt extremely comfortable with her taking him on outings to the store, library, parks, etc. First in his stroller and eventually using our car. I highly reccomend Nicole - our son started daycare recently but we will continue to use her for date nights, etc! She's a rockstar!
