Nikki is remarkably reliable, punctual, respectful, professional, and capable. As new parents we were cautious of care.com and didn't know what we'd find but consider ourselves lucky to have found Nikki. Her handling of our 2 month old showed care, experience and skill - we even learned a thing or two about diaper changes from her. We will certainly ask her to care for our baby again and would recommend her to other families who are looking for their first nanny for a baby.
