About Nicole

Hello families! I am a mother of three (including 6-year-old twins and a 9-year-old) with a PhD in Psychology, offering specialized babysitting in the Falls Church, Vienna, and McLean areas. Because I navigate autism (ASD) and ADHD daily with my own kids, I have a deep personal understanding of neurodivergence, sensory needs, and unique behavioral routines. One of my children is nonverbal, so I am very comfortable and experienced with AAC devices, including the LAMP Words for Life system. I love providing a calm, patient, and highly supportive environment where kids can feel understood. I'm completely at ease managing multi-child care, handling big emotions, and helping kids stay regulated while having fun. Location: Serving Falls Church, Vienna, and McLean Availability: Friday nights, plus Saturday & Sunday afternoons and evenings Experience: ASD, ADHD, AAC devices (LAMP Words for Life), and twins Base Rate: $30/hour (may vary depending on the number of kids or care needs)
