About Nicole

I am attentive to parental concerns and well educated on child development. I am experienced through: formal education, passion for research, & ample hands-on experience -- through personal, professional, and educational settings for 15+ years. I first worked in a formal Infant and Toddler Child Development Center as an aide for 3 years; I was the youngest student to be admitted to the program and recieved an 'Aide of the Year' award my senior year. Helping to support children and families thrive has continued to be a keystone of my life, now over a decade later, and genuinely brings me great pleasure! One simple way I can do that is to take a bit of the load off of your shoulders to let you have a break! So that you can soak in all those wonderful moments with your family and with less worrying about their support and supervision when you're busy tending to life's demands.
